What does it mean that Zechariah was "filled with the Holy Spirit"? Is that the same experience with the Spirit that believers experience today? Why or why not?

I think that is can be the same--but is not necessarily the same; Sometimes I just experience a "knowing"--and I attribute that to the Holy Spirit. Sometimes I feel compelled to speak about it, and sometimes it is "just between me and God." Because I don't speak words of prophecy, doesn't mean that I have not been filled with the Holy Spirit!
